IStrategies International is a 6 years old and  are comprised of entrepreneurs, private investors, former venture capitalists and UC Berkeley alumni who besides helping and investing in startups in general have a specific interest in capitalizing on startup opportunities from the technology zone around the UC Berkeley and in the East Bay. 

The Keiretsu is an angel organization with 140 active members. It is  located about 50 miles east of the Silicon Valley, California. The membership consists primarily of seasoned investors who are both from the technology sector and the non-tech industries.  Last year The K-4 looked at over 300 investment opportunities and individual angels invested in 19 of them for a total investment of approximately $22 million.
