Questions We Hear
Success in US market
Examples of Services
Experience

To support our overseas clients, we are experienced in and have successfully concluded client requirements in the following general categories:

US entry Interim Management Services. (Getting started.)

IStrategies performs services for two distinctly different client types. The first client type has already taken into account the highly competitive US market, shortened product life cycles, the new methods of identifying and reaching target markets such as E-commerce and consolidated buying groups and has already decided to fund a US subsidiary. This client usually wants to accelerate US market entry as quickly and successfully as possible and has the capital to do so.

In this instance, IStrategies places an experienced, successful, full time Interim CEO in charge of the new US subsidiary to actively facilitate and manage all of the important and mundane but necessary tasks involved in quickly establishing and staffing a successful new business in North America.

Tasks include import licenses if required, establish banking and accounting relationships, make office or factory location recommendations and selection, facilities search and lease agreements; research assignment facilitation, business, financial and organizational planning and actual interviewing and recommendation of full time management and staff.

Our second typical client type has not made a firm decision to enter the US market and requires  the information to make a sound business decision.

In this case, IStrategies provides whatever research and information is required to make a decision.

Our research and consulting has also saved companies significant time, trouble and money by providing our recommendation not to enter the US market
