adult supervision and
services, such as: bridge financing, interim management, services
associated with the private placement of equity, and help with M&A
transactions.
If your company is traveling in
rough seas, we can provide you with a new management perspective, a plan
for improvement, and assistance in the execution of that plan.
For investors, we act as an
intermediary firm, and
we perform all of the time-intensive tasks an investor needs done,
including:
finding the deals, performing the due diligence, and monitoring the
progress of the portfolio company.
As an example, we have worked with one company that wanted to
determine the desirability of obtaining capital, merging, or forming some
other form of a strategic partnership to enhance it's long-term prospects.
We assisted in developing a confidential
memorandum, which aided prospective candidates in understanding and
evaluating the appropriateness and value of potential strategic alliances
with our client. IStrategies established contact with selected prospective
candidates to enter merger, investment and/or strategic partnership discussions. The result was the acquisition of our client's company.
